Delivery & Returns
All orders will be sent via DHL and can take 2 – 3 days within Germany.
You have the legal right to withdraw from the contract and return your order without giving a reason within a period of 14 days. The withdrawal period is 14 days as of the day in which the goods were received from you or any third party on your behalf. For that, you can use our Online-Return service to give a reason for the return and select the requested processing mode for the order in question. Just log in with your order number and email address used for the order and fill in the fields. Once done, you will receive an email with a link to DHL Portal (yellow DHL logo). Follow this link and you can request and print a Return sticker for your order which is free of charge for parcels sent within Germany.
