Advance payment

If you are paying in advance, your order is processed as soon as we receive your payment. When transferring money, please be sure to provide your order number in the reason for payment field and to always transfer money separately for different orders.

Depending on the bank, it can take between two to four working days before we receive your payment. The goods ordered by you remain reserved for you until we receive your payment (the goods are kept for a maximum of seven days).

If you return one or several articles, the corresponding value of the goods is re-credited to the bank account from which you transferred the money.

Payment by credit card  

You can make payments to us simply and safely using your credit card. We accept credit cards from the following providers: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and American Express. If you return one or several articles, the corresponding value of the goods is re-credited to the credit card from which the money was debited.

Your credit card data is sent in encoded form using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This high security standard guarantees that any purchase made from Leandro Lopes using a credit card is safe.

Additional security provided when making payments using Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code credit cards facilitates a particularly secure method of processing credit card transactions on the internet using special encoding processes.

You do not need any special software on your computer when making payments in this way. Both customers already logged in and unregistered customers are automatically forwarded to their bank’s website during the payment process. To successfully complete your order, please follow the steps indicated there.

Payment by PayPal  

You can safely and easily make payments to us using PayPal. At the end of the ordering process you are forwarded directly to the PayPal website. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. 

As soon as receipt of the payment has been entered in our account – as a rule, this takes only a few minutes – your order is immediately processed. If the payment is made from Monday to Friday before 2pm, the order is dispatched on the same day.

If you return one or several articles, the corresponding value of the goods is re-credited to your PayPal account.
